Soon the boat comes ashore again – and the motor sits exposed until spring

Rain, snow and frost work on your outboard for six months. And a shiny motor on a laid-up boat is the first thing a thief spots from the road.

A full-coverage winter cover for your outboard

Pull the cover over the entire motor – from the cowling down over the leg – and tighten the strap around the middle. 420D Oxford fabric keeps weather and grime out all through winter storage, and a covered motor is a far duller prize than an open one.

Features

Your motor winters under cover – covers cowling to leg, not just the top
Survives a whole winter outside – tough 420D Oxford fabric against rain, snow and UV
Less tempting for thieves – nobody can see which motor sits underneath
Fits your motor – nine sizes from 0–5 HP to 250–350 HP, see the size guide
On before the boat's even strapped down – pull over and tighten, no tools

Size guide – perimeter and height per motor size
