Welcome to BeaverShop. By shopping with us, you accept the terms below. Please read them before completing a purchase.

Business customers

Want to shop as a business? Contact us before ordering. We primarily sell to private consumers; for larger volumes/resale, get in touch for a quote and invoice. Otherwise, your order confirmation serves as your receipt.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. If anything in the confirmation is incorrect, contact us immediately.

Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

Payment

We offer payment by card (VISA, Mastercard), Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Where you pay by invoice or instalments via Klarna, Klarna's terms apply.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 0–2 working days, and standard delivery time is then 5–10 working days with tracked shipping. See Shipping information for details. We aren't responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier, but we'll always help you track your parcel.

Cancellation & returns

You have a statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a total of 30 days open purchase. See Returns & cancellation for full terms.

Faulty goods

For faults or defects, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. Contact us as soon as possible after discovering the fault. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms.

Liability

We aren't liable for indirect losses arising from the use of products purchased from us, nor for circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, you can contact your local Trading Standards service or Citizens Advice, or use an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.

Changes

We may update these terms as needed. The current version is always published on this page.
