Frequently Asked Questions

Here you'll find answers to the questions we're asked most often about shopping with BeaverShop.

Ordering & payment

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay by card (VISA/Mastercard), Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

I haven't received an order confirmation – what should I do?

Check your junk mail folder first. If you can't find it, contact us at support@beavershop.co.uk and we'll help you.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll change or cancel it for you.

Delivery

How long is the delivery time?

Orders are processed within 0–2 working days. Standard delivery time is then 5–10 working days with tracked shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Do I have to pay customs duties or fees?

No. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) including UK VAT, and you won't pay anything extra on delivery.

Returns & cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and on top of that we give you a total of 30 days open purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

How do I return an item?

Contact us at support@beavershop.co.uk before sending anything back, and we'll give you return instructions. Returns without prior agreement unfortunately cannot be processed.

When will I get my money back?

Once we've received and approved your return, we'll refund you via the same payment method within 10 working days.

Products

The item I want is out of stock – will it come back?

Usually, yes. Send us an email and we'll let you know when it's back in stock.

What do I do if an item is damaged or wrong?

Contact us as soon as you notice the fault, and at the latest within a reasonable time. For faulty goods claims, we follow the Consumer Rights Act 2015 – we of course cover the costs for an approved claim.
