Shipping information

Here's how BeaverShop processes, ships and tracks your order.

Processing time

Your order is processed within 0–2 working days. You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is complete.

Delivery time

Standard delivery time is 5–10 working days with tracked shipping. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery all the way.

Prices, VAT and customs

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT. You won't pay customs duties or additional fees on delivery – the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Can't find the email with your tracking number? Check your junk mail folder, or contact us at support@beavershop.co.uk and we'll help you.

Delays

Should delivery be significantly delayed, we'll let you know by email. You always have the right to cancel an order that hasn't been dispatched yet.
