Returns & cancellation
This page explains your cancellation rights and how returns work when you shop with BeaverShop.
14-day cancellation right
As a consumer, you have an unconditional 14-day cancellation right from the day you receive your item, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You don't need to give a reason. Let us know within the deadline at support@beavershop.co.uk – you can also use the model cancellation form.
30 days open purchase
In addition to your cancellation right, we give you a total of 30 days open purchase from the day you received your item.
Conditions for returns
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Original packaging and any tags must be included.
- You must be able to show your receipt or order confirmation.
- Always contact us before sending a return – returns without prior agreement cannot be processed.
You're responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Exceptions to the right of return
Some items cannot be returned: sealed items where the seal has been broken for hygiene reasons, custom-made products and gift cards. Contact us if you're unsure whether your item can be returned.
Damaged or faulty items
Check your item when you receive it. If it's damaged, defective or wrong, contact us as soon as possible. For faulty goods, we follow the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which gives you statutory rights to a repair, replacement or refund. Where a claim is approved, we cover the return postage and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Once we've received and approved your return, we'll automatically refund you via your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note your bank may take a few extra days to show the amount. If more than 15 working days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have and order the new item separately once your return has been approved.
